Duty Manager – Full-time or Part-time – Murray Downs Golf & Country Club and Swan Hill Club
Join the Management Team as a key staff member running the day-to-day operations at Murray Downs Golf & Country Club or the Swan Hill Club.

The successful candidate will need:
- An outgoing and positive attitude
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Team leadership and motivational skills
- Proven experience and qualifications including RSG and RSA
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster, with nights and some weekends
Key tasks include:
- Leading a large team with a hands-on approach
- Ensure competency in frontline positions
- Ensuring staff maintain an excellent level of service
- Mentoring and training staff
- Ensure the Club meets all compliance requirements
- Ensuring adequate staff levels during shifts
